The latest.

For those of you who follow me, you know I started my Hot Pursuit Series last year and Straight Flushed was Book One. I’ve been working tirelessly to finish the first draft of Book Two, Kissed Blind. I’m so excited about this project!

I love Hollywood and following actors and actresses lives is like my chocolate. I can get lost in any E! True Hollywood Story. In this book Diana Cain and Vance DeLuca are called to protect Hollywood royalty.

Oliver Pierce comes to Cincinnati to begin shooting his next film, and guess what? He needs the best of the best to look out for him. As fate would have it, it seems someone really wants Oliver dead and they’re relentless in their pursuits.

Speaking of Cincinnati, have I ever mentioned Cincinnati is my home town? I might have, one or five times. You may have noticed the recurrent theme in my books. We have some areas of town with lots of character and I really enjoy throwing those true elements into a my stories.

And hey, did you know Cincinnati is actually new hot spot for filming movies? It is! We have some areas of town that have been renovated and they’ve made the old look new again. It’s a really great thing for my city and I’m glad it’s being seen on the big screen now.

Kissed Blind will open with Vance and Diana navigating an old, abandoned subway system below the city streets. But why? Well, you’ll have to read to find out.

In this book you can expect the sexual tension to rise between Diana and Vance, a lot. There will be jealousy, some quick wit, and I’ve decided to be brave enough to let my natural sarcasm stay, which is something I’ve edited out almost entirely in my previous books. I’m looking forward to giving you a few laughs; I guarantee you will.

So, that’s all for now. I’ll also drop my first teaser for Kissed Blind here as well. In this scene, Vance and Diana are in each other’s faces, which is something that happens a lot in this book.

Don’t forget to add it to your TBR!

Coming summer of 2016…
